How it works

Citizens share data from their own store, only what is relevant, only for as long as necessary, only with whom they choose. Public organisations gain access to relevant context: for example preferences, language settings, or previously stated interests. That access is always explicit, verifiable, and time-limited.

All personal data remains under the stewardship of SNDK. Data is never commercially owned, never sold, and never reused beyond the consent granted. The citizen is always the gatekeeper of their own information.
